Description

Texas Trash Dip is a creamy and flavorful dip perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 (16 oz) cans refried beans
  • 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 (1.25 oz) package McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 4 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the refried beans and chopped green chiles. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Mix in the taco seasoning until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish.
  6. Top with the shredded Mexican blend cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips or veggies.
