- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for marinade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- 1 lb fettuccine
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken chunks with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.
- While pasta cooks, prepare the lemon feta whip. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, lemon zest, lemon juice, and softened cream cheese. Process until smooth and creamy.
- In a large skillet or grill pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add trimmed green beans to the same skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to the skillet with the green beans. Add cooked fettuccine, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and half of the reserved pasta water. Stir to combine, adding more pasta water if needed to reach desired sauce consistency for your Smoky Paprika Chicken Alfredo.
- Serve the Smoky Paprika Chicken Alfredo immediately, topped with the lemon feta whip.
