Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss frozen hash browns with oil (optional), salt, pepper, and garlic powder for even coating.
- Arrange the hash browns in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Cook at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving to allow the crust to set.
Notes
- For an oil-free version, use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Add spices like paprika or cayenne for extra flavor.
- Reheat leftovers at 375°F for 3–4 minutes to regain crispiness.
