Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites that you can prepare at home.


Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced vegetables (like spinach or bell peppers)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and your choice of bacon or vegetables. Mix until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
