Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving enough space for air circulation.
  5. Air fry the cod for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the cod from the air fryer, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and serve.
